CYBERSHIELD provides an AI-powered agent (the "Agent") that assists with handling user inquiries, responses, and actions based on the user's knowledge management, including but not limited to, requests made via Facebook, WhatsApp (upcoming), Instagram (upcoming), and other integrated platforms. The Agent can escalate issues to admins when needed.
- Multiple Knowledge Bases: Users can manage and add multiple knowledge bases for different businesses.
- Pay-Per-Use Model: The Service operates on a pay-as-you-go system, where each interaction consumes a certain amount of virtual currency, known as "coins." The exchange rate is 1 USD = [X] coins, and coins are rounded as per our internal calculation.
- Escalation to Admins: The Service includes an option for the Agent to escalate issues to an admin when required.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate, up-to-date information when using the Service.
- Ensure that your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws, including privacy and data protection laws.
- Be responsible for any content or data shared with the Agent, including any data from Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram, or other integrated platforms.
- Not misuse the Service or interfere with the operations of the platform, including engaging in spam, fraudulent activities, or other malicious actions.
5. Account Creation and Access
To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use or breach of security related to your account.
6. Payment and Billing
- Coins: The Service uses a virtual currency system (coins) for transactions. Each transaction will consume a specific amount of coins, which are deducted from your account balance.
- Pricing: The current exchange rate is 1 USD = [X] coins. Coin values are rounded as per internal rounding policies.

The responses generated by the AI model are provided as-is and without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of any AI-generated content. You acknowledge that by using this service, you are solely responsible for any decisions or actions taken based on the AI's responses.
By accepting these Terms, you acknowledge that you assume full responsibility for the use of AI-generated content and agree that CYBERSHIELD shall not be held liable for any consequences resulting from such use.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CYBERSHIELD and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total liability, in any event, shall be limited to the amount you paid for the Service during the 12-month period preceding the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CYBERSHIELD, its officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service or any violation of these Terms.
12. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice, if we determine, at our sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms or engaged in any unlawful activity. You may terminate your account by contacting us or following the process outlined in the Service settings.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in Casablanca in accordance with the rules of the appropriate Arbitration Association. You waive your right to a jury trial.

- Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other legal notices, constitute the entire agreement between you and CYBERSHIELD.
- Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

- Assignment: You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations to any third party without restriction.
- Force Majeure: We shall not be liable for any failure to perform due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to, acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, network infrastructure failures, or shortages.
